Comprehensive Policy of Non-Refundability & Absolute Limitation of Pecuniary Liability

§ 1.The Axiom of Irrevocable Commercial Finality & Ineligibility

By transmitting consideration via debit instrument, credit facility, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), automated clearing house (ACH), wire infrastructure, or cryptographic rails for access to bookwithqr, the subscriber irrevocably attests, warrants, and agrees that the service rendered comprises instantaneous licensing of digital software infrastructure.

Consequently, the subscriber expressly disclaims and irrevocably waives any and all statutory, equitable, common law, or consumer protection rights to demand rescission, restitution, charge reversal, cancellation reimbursement, or pecuniary mitigation. There exists no qualifying criteria, factual substrate, or operational grievance under which an eligibility threshold for refunds can be established.

§ 2.Total Exculpation for Platform Interruption, Latency, and Outages

In the event that the computational infrastructure, web servers, subdomains (including app.bookwithqr.com and bookwithqr.com), database clusters, hypervisors, caching tiers, third-party cloud infrastructure (e.g., Supabase, Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services), or telecommunication routing nodes experience:

• Total or Partial Unavailability: Protracted or transient system blackouts, server crashes, kernel panics, or unresponsive HTTP status codes (including HTTP 500, 502, 503, 504, or network time-out anomalies);
• Scheduled or Emergency Maintenance: Unannounced infrastructural updates, database schema migrations, hardware provisioning intervals, or security patching protocols;
• Cybernetic Hostilities & Network Partitioning: Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) onslaughts, cryptanalytic attacks, DNS hijacking, upstream ISP connectivity failures, fiber severances, or transit peering blackouts;

THE SUBSCRIBER EXPLICITLY COVENANTS AND STIPULATES THAT bookwithqr BEARS ABSOLUTE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY, ZERO COMPENSATORY LIABILITY, AND ZERO RESTITUTIONARY OBLIGATION. PLATFORM UNAVAILABILITY OR DEGRADATION OF SERVICE TRANSMISSION DURATION SHALL UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY GENERATE A RIGHT TO A REFUND, BILLING HOLIDAY, EXTENSION, CREDIT NOTE, OR PECUNIARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

§ 3.Absolute Disclaimer Concerning Data Destruction, Deletion, and Corruption

While bookwithqr deploys algorithmic synchronization and automated cold-storage backup heuristics, the subscriber expressly recognizes that computational systems inherently possess stochastic vulnerabilities.

In the event that customer directories, client rosters, historical appointment registries, Point-of-Sale (POS) transaction logs, financial accounting receipts, inventory stock tallies, employee profiles, or cryptographic session tokens are subjected to:

• Irreversible deletion, catastrophic table purging, data corruption, bit-rot, or database desynchronization;
• Inadvertent erasure engineered through operator error, malicious third-party intrusion, firmware failure, or cloud storage container decommissioning;
• Permanent unrecoverability resulting from failed backup restoration routines or corrupted binary snapshots;

THE SUBSCRIBER HEREBY IRREVOCABLY RELEASES, ABSOLVES, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES bookwithqr FROM ANY PECUNIARY CLAIMS ARISING FROM LOST DATA. UNDER NO JURIDICAL RATIONALE SHALL THE ERASURE, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, OR ACCIDENTAL DISAPPEARANCE OF BUSINESS DATA WARRANT ANY MONETARY REFUND, RESTITUTION, INDEMNIFICATION, OR LIQUIDATED DAMAGES.

§ 4.Subjective Discontent, Accidental Purchases, and Feature Divergence

Subscriptions will not be refunded on grounds of subjective dissatisfaction, operational miscomprehension, employee recalcitrance, business cessation, bankruptcy, change of mind, perceived ergonomic deficiencies, or non-utilization of software features during the active tenure. It remains the sole fiduciary duty of the prospective subscriber to evaluate platform suitability during the gratuitous 14-day evaluation window preceding paid commitment.

§ 5.Per Se Prohibition of Merchant Chargebacks & Liquidated Indemnification

The initiation of an external payment reversal, chargeback dispute, fraud claim, or retrieval request through an acquiring financial entity, payment aggregator, or issuing bank with respect to a validly initiated subscription represents an unconscionable and material contractual breach of this Covenant.

In the event an unauthorized chargeback or reversal is lodged, bookwithqr reserves the unilateral prerogative to:

1. Effectuate instantaneous, permanent revocation of all digital tenant environments and administrative credentials;
2. Purge all historical tenant data repositories without archival retention;
3. Assess a non-negotiable Administrative Rectification Fee of ₹5,000 INR (or $100 USD) per disputed transaction;
4. Refer the delinquent ledger balance to international commercial debt recovery conduits and credit reporting agencies.
