Codified Protocol on Subscription Cancellation, Automated Renewals & Data Decommissioning
Codex Ref: CAN-GOV-2026.4 · Enforceable Across All Tenant Environments
NOTICE OF LEGAL EFFECT: CANCELLATION OF ANY SUBSCRIPTION TO bookwithqr OPERATES STRICTLY EX NUNC (PROSPECTIVELY) AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR RETROACTIVE PECUNIARY REIMBURSEMENT, RETENTION OF PRO-RATED CREDITS, OR REVERSAL OF HISTORICAL CHARGES. NEITHER UNANTICIPATED SERVER OUTAGES, COMPLETE SYSTEM DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION OF STORED REGISTRIES, NOR SUBJECTIVE OPERATIONAL DISSATISFACTION ENTITLE THE CANCELLING SUBSCRIBER TO MONETARY RESTITUTION.
§ 1.Procedural Formalities for Effectuating Unilateral Cancellation
The subscriber maintains the unencumbered autonomous prerogative to cancel recurring contractual subscription obligations at any juncture during their active billing tenure. To accomplish a legally cognizable cancellation, the subscriber must execute the following prescribed technological sequence:
- Authenticate into the sovereign administrative domain at
app.bookwithqr.comusing validated cryptographic credentials; - Traverse to the navigation route: Settings → Billing & Subscriptions;
- Trigger the cryptographic token designated as “Cancel Subscription” within the billing console;
- Affirmatively confirm the revocation prompt. A cryptographically logged acknowledgment receipt shall be electronically generated and dispatched to the primary administrative contact email on file.
Verbal assertions, informal telephonic representations, SMS transmissions, or casual chat inquiries directed to operational staff shall NOT constitute valid or enforceable cancellation notices.
§ 2.Temporal Windows & Inviolability of Automated Recurring Renewals
Subscribers are registered upon an automated recurring debit continuum (recurring monthly at ₹2,999 INR or annually at ₹18,000 INR). To forestall subsequent chronological debit captures, the cancellation sequence detailed in § 1 must be exhaustively finalized at least twenty-four (24) continuous hours prior to the scheduled midnight timestamp (00:00:00 UTC) marking the commencement of the impending renewal cycle.
In the event that an automated debit capture occurs due to the subscriber’s dilatory omission to finalize cancellation prior to the statutory cutoff interval, the consideration captured shall be deemed fully earned, non-disputable, and strictly non-refundable pursuant to our Non-Refundability Policy.
§ 3.Absolute Rejection of Prorated Reimbursements and Restitutionary Claims
Upon validated execution of cancellation, the subscriber shall retain contingent operational access to their provisioned tenant environment until the exact expiration timestamp of the unexpired prepaid billing epoch. Under no circumstances whatsoever—including, without limitation, early voluntary relinquishment of software access, complete business closure, bankruptcy, or transactional cessation—shall bookwithqr compute, credit, or disburse any prorated refund for unconsumed days, weeks, or months.
§ 4.Decommissioning of Tenant Data, Purging Cycles & Total Exculpation
Following the terminal timestamp of the concluded subscription epoch:
- Temporal Archival Grace Interval: bookwithqr may, at its sole and unfettered discretion, maintain customer tables, appointment histories, POS records, and database rows in an unindexed dormant state for up to thirty (30) calendar days to facilitate potential subscriber reactivation.
- Permanent Binary Erasure: Upon expiration of the 30-day grace interval (or immediately in the event of administrative termination for breach), bookwithqr reserves the absolute unilateral right to irreversibly purge, overwrite, drop, and permanently destroy all database entities, client dossiers, telemetry logs, and cryptographic keys associated with the tenant identifier.
- Absolute Disclaimer for Deleted or Unreachable Data: bookwithqr DISCLAIMS ANY FIDUCIARY OR BAILMENT OBLIGATION OVER SUBSCRIBER DATA. IN THE EVENT THAT DATA IS EXPUNGED, OVERWRITTEN, CORRUPTED, OR MADE PERMANENTLY UNREACHABLE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF CANCELLATION OR PRE-MATURE INFRASTRUCTURE TEARDOWN, bookwithqr ACCEPTS ZERO PECUNIARY RESPONSIBILITY, AND NO REFUND OR DAMAGES SHALL BE CONTEMPLATED OR CONCEDED.
§ 5.Intercurrent Outages, System Disruptions & Force Majeure Invariance
Should a subscriber experience infrastructural downtime, cloud provider blackouts, network latency, cybernetic attacks, database desynchronization, or data loss during the interval intervening between subscription initiation and cancellation, such eventualities shall NOT constitute breach of contract by bookwithqr, nor shall they form the basis for compensatory damages, quantum meruit claims, set-offs, or refunds.
§ 6.Administrative Queries Regarding Contractual Status
For administrative inquiries concerning cancellation confirmation hashes or subscription audit timestamps, transmission may be dispatched to:
